In 2011, Ruksana took a significant step forward by establishing a boutique in Mahe, laying the foundation for her venture into the world of fashion retail. This initial endeavor, while distinct from Rukzar, marked the beginning of her presence in the fashion industry. The Mahe boutique primarily focused on sourcing dresses externally and reselling them, providing the local community with access to a curated selection of stylish attire.
However, Ruksana’s vision extended beyond the boundaries of external procurement. In 2020, she realized her dream with the inception of Rukzar, a fashion sanctuary dedicated to meticulously designed and exclusively curated dresses. Rukzar represents the culmination of Ruksana’s creativity and commitment to offering unique, in-house creations that seamlessly blend traditional and contemporary elements.
